Description
This is also the same exercise, and we're still alternating the bass notes. In this one you move the index finger, to alternate the bass notes.
Play the 5th string in the 2nd fret with the pick, and play the double stop with your fingers. You want your picking hand where you can pull up on the 3rd, and 4th strings with the middle and ring finger. Then move your index finger on your left hand, to the 6th string in the 2nd fret. Play the 6th string with the pick, and pull up on the 3rd, and 4th string with your fingers.
We are also muting the bass notes with the palm, like in the other lessons.
This is also a root/5 exercise, the root is the 5th (A) string in the 2nd fret. The 4th (D) string in the 4th fret is an F# note, which is the 5th note. The 3rd (G) string in the 4th fret, is another B note, and the 6th string in the 2nd fret is another F# note.
