Description

This is the rhythm guitar played with a walking bass line. Here you play the chord in root position on the count of 1 and then you move with the bass in quarter notes to the root of the next chord. Sometimes if possible you can also move with chords. You can play this either with fingerpicking or with hybrid-picking (pick and fingers) - therefore check my instructions in the video. You'll also notice that I use chord not noted in the form below. Stay on your toes - jazz is an improvisation-based art form.
