I've been watching Return of the Rock, on Mtv for like the past 2 weeks.(I've been up late)I have noticed every like 10 songs there is a rap video. A rap video on return of the rock??? I think there trying to convert metal heads... An why is it called Return of the Rock? What did rock disapier?
What are they trying to bring it back? MTv killed most rock. What are they saying sorry by putting good music on at 4:00am? I guess if it aint N'sync with the pop culture, they throw rock and metal backstreet. Im tierd of rap and pop 98% of the time.. Ok I'll stop lol Down with pop! Down with pop! And what happened to VH1? They had all the old bands, now they play everything Mtv does but no rap... Oh wait Mtv owns Vh1 and Nickelodeon.. No wonder Nick Jr. has Puff Daddy's top ten Cartoons... lol We need to start our own station Mtv, Metal Televison. All metal all the time.

Yeah!!! mtv should be closed long time ago!!!
their "Weekend of monsters of rock" on mtv europe was a big basket full of s***!!!!!!!!!
it was full only of korn and bizquite and the closest thing they had to rock was aerosmith!!!

my friend has a satellite dish that gets like 900 channels, and he gets feeds from Canada and underground stations in the US. There are some cool all-metal stations that play nothing but the good stuff with little or no commercials. Just think - music television that really has music and not Road Rules or the Real World. What a concept.

Mtv sucked for a long time now, and back then you could only see a glimpse of a rock video on beavis and butthead...they should change their name to CTV(crap television)

Believe it or not I once saw a satriani music video. I don't know what channel it was, but i know it was during some ungodly hour of the night when nobody was expected to be watching.

I get Mtv X on digital cable,not bad ,they need to play more, different videos though.
