Neck joint still looks OK, just need a little bit of wood filler and a soldering iron, new strings and shell be as good as new in no time !!

Yeah, it's me, and don't worry, the guitar's fine. We took off the pickguard to have Vai sign it. But I prefer to think that we did it with our killer riffs rather than a screwdriver.
