Description
I’m using a SuperStrat style guitar for this song, but any electric guitar is suitable. I’ve selected the bridge humbucker for a clear, powerful tone.
A cranked up Marshall tube amp is the best choice to replicate the electric tone in this tune. Dial in a tight crunch sound - for example, set the Preamp Gain to 90%, Bass to 50%, Mids to 55%, and the Treble and Presence to around 65%.
Add plenty of reverb for depth.
Since we’re in standard tuning, I’m using regular light gauge strings that are 10-46 along with a heavy pick.
