In this lesson we are going to play major 7th chord shapes rooted on the E string.


Place your index finger on the fifth fret of the E string. Then your middle finger on the fifth fret of the B string. Then your ring finger on the sixth fret of the D string. Finally your pinky on the sixth fret of the G string. Let your index finger lightly rest on the A string to mute it from ringing.
