Description
The next 8 bar phrase is yet again only slightly different than the previous phrases. This phrase has another twist: a diminished chord. The use of this chord is more in line with great American songwriters such as Gershwin, Hammerstein, Kern, and Berlin than it is with Hank Williams, Merle Haggard or Johnny Cash.
