i´m not sure, but i think that happens when somebody puts you on his buddy-list.. i obviously got 2 :D

I don’t really know if this is right, but I think it could be to do with a person’s reputation, the little picture of scales above post count, this is where you rate people post.

Again I’m not 100% on that.
