1) An arpeggio is the notes of a chord played in successsion to one another, rather than simultaneously or in short:a broken chord.

2)The same shape of the one you learned in A, will work in any key provided you move your fingers to the proper frets.

4)Yes there is more than one way to play an arpeggio for a scale check out the first site listed above, it'll give you five arpeggios for the same scale.
