How often do you change the settings on your pedals, guitars, amps.

Really the only thing I change on the amp is reverb. OK, I change my pickups alot, but i leave the tone and volume at one spot. I have my Blues Driver set for a hollow overdrive and my tubescreamer for a fuzzy/hot lead tone. EQ with cut highs, delay for an almost "welcome to the jungle" sound, but a little less.

I saw this guy at a battle of the bands, and I think he fiddled with his pedals after every song. I didn't notice much of a difference.

I've never really used pedals for anything, but I usually have a different tonal balance for different songs. It's not always a big difference, I usually keep within a certain general range per channel. For gigs where it's not convenient twisting knobs around between songs I just set it to something that fits everything decently and leave it at that.

On my amp I use different combinations on Treble / presence to get all the tones I need really.

I change all the time. I've got a Boss multieffects unit and Amplitube so I'm always experimenting.
It's unreal how just switching from a Marshall emulator to a British AC-30 can affect the way you play.

i'm in the same boat but it's because I've got a modeling amp... the pedal would help some of this but for now I'm twistin away a LOT... actually, more than I'd like to =)
