i want to learn a malmsteen song, or at least the first parts of it, but one problem: I don´t know how the song is called, i just heard it a few times.
I just know a few informations of the song:

I have a music file whick is called chord progressions and scales: And in it he says:" The chords: B minor, actually b minor with the A in the bottum, and the G, F... It´s a very common chord progression but it´s nice to play solo, try it..."

..and then the song starts.
The song is also played at the beginning of a malmsteen video interview, which i found in kazaa.

So if anybody knows which song i mean, please post me.

Sorry, this isn´t what i meant. The song I´m searchng for starts with a distorted guitar intro, with mainly palm muted tunes in it and then it flues into a solo and is over after 2 minutes or something. The opening riff is really cool!

Cool palm muted opening riff by Malmsteen... maybe you're talking about "Deja Vu"? I know the verse is a descending 4 chord progression too... might be that, though I think Deja Vu is in F#m (it's been a while, though, I have a pretty bad memory)
"You must stab him in the heart with the Bone Saber of Zumacalis... well, you could stab him in the head or the lungs, too... and the saber, it probably doesn't have to be bone, just anything sharp lying around the house... you could poke him with a pillow and kill him."

no I´m sorry, none of these, but if some malmsteen could give me his icq number, or if he has got windows messenger i could send him the file; I´m not sure if it´s even on one of yngwie´s albums. I don´t know many of his songs but that one is my absolutely favourite.

The song you are trying to find is on his instruction video. I found it once at a guitar store back home it was $50.00, a little to expensive for me. You can find the sheet music and Tab on Amazon for $24.95 the song is called Chord Progression 1. Here is the website for amazon http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0769249140/qid=1070817164/sr=1-4/ref=sr_1_4/102-6869394-3719329?v=glance&s=books.

Yeah you got what i meant, but before spending 25$ for learning one song, i will rather improve my ear to learn it that way. Even though thanks very much!

I know what you're talking about, I think its just the "save our love" chords with some distortion.

Maybe Blitzkreig?
Blues is easy to play, but hard to feel.
