Bought a new Epi LP Standard, love it, except the pickups are kinda muggy. Whats a nice brighter sounding pickup, humbucker of course.

Yea most people upgrade the epi pickups, you can get semour duncans or gibsons ones quite cheaply off ebay. Do that and your half-way there to a gibson...
