I guess when you record yourself and a metronome you could see in the DAW's grid lines.

BeatMirror is a metronome app that listens. It’s 4.99 on the App Store. I don’t have personal experience with it, but seems to get decent reviews.

you can check out the TonalEnergy tuner: Although primarily known as a tuning app, TonalEnergy also offers a metronome feature with an option to evaluate your timing accuracy. It provides visual feedback and gives you points to evaluate your performance.
