Each time I start a new lesson, it is muted. I have to unmute, then start the lesson over again. Please help!

It's most likely your browser settings. If so, the fix will differ depending upon your specific browser. Be sure you're on a GT page and then go to your browser settings. If I'm right and you're lucky the fix should be easy to spot and implement.

You are right when you say "I'm right and you're lucky the fix should be easy to spot and implement".
However if you are not lucky..... You might spend exasperating weeks trying to chase down the phantom problem.... and then the program gets "updated" and you start the entire process all over again. "Where the hell did that damn Undo Button go??!! As if that adds anything positive to my computer's performance. Computers making our lives easier.
I guess I belong in the last century.

Check your settings, maybe there's some default mute thing going on. Also, make sure it's not just a glitch. Tech can be weird sometimes.
