I like anything off of Hatebreed or Something Wild.
I love that band. Their newer stuff, is also good, but I dont own any of it.

yeah, they've got some great stuff, but i can only listen to them for so long before i Alexi's voice grates on me.

bed of razors and northern comfort are my favorite

you might also like the band Sinergy, they've got Alexi on guitars, but with a much better singer
To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

Children Of Bodom are great
Alex laiho(that isnt spelled right...or is it?)
hes like yngwie with a harder approach and better vocal capabilities(while that isnt saying a ton, read there lyrics and see how he pronounces everything with a "RrwwOOWWWW")The keys are nuts too...
I was able to get some accurate tab for "Lake Bodom".Pretty challenging stuff you should check out.
Try once,fail twice...
