I'm in Rock 1 with Anders and I'm begining to learn how to add vibrato in my bends. However, I don't get a ton of sustain like Anders does when he bends his notes at the 13th fret. Will this get easier as I build my hand strength and increase the number of reps?

It will get easier as you build up strength, but you'll note that it'll really get easier as you improve your technique. There are a number of modules throughout the site dealing specifically with bending and vibrato so you have a lot to draw from. Try searching about.
I'm not sure of what type of guitar you're playing but dense, solid body electrics (like a Les Paul) really have beautiful sustain. My current electric is a semi-hollow body Gretech and I know it won't have the sustain of it's more dense cousins.
