[br][br]I don't understand that. I bend 17G and 15B up at the same time? [br]And then I bend up 13G and 11B at the same time to make it sound like 13G? Then a vibrato the 13G string? That doesn't make any sense to me.

On both of these examples you only bend the notes on the G string. You hold the B string stationary.

You only bend the 17th fret up while you hold the 15th fret stationary at the same time.

Same with the next notes. Bend the 13th fret, hold the 11th fret stationary. On this one you also bring the 13th fret back down then bend up again. The vibrato indication could be due to the extra bending, or it could be due to vibrato bar use. You'll have to listen, refer to the music to know.

[[[You only bend the 17th fret up while you hold the 15th fret stationary at the same time]]]][br][br]So I'm putting a finger on the 15B and keeping it still, while plucking 17G and and then pushing 17G string up to 15B that is kept still with the finger?

Yes, the only thing missing from your description is that you pluck both the G & B strings at the same time.

Well I tried multiple times and failed. It came out sounding like literally nothing. [br][br]Bending is something I don't think I will ever be able to learn, since it makes no sense to me at all. I actually read a review from an old timer, guy in his 70s that reviewed Guitar Tricks on Trustpilot, and he stated in his review what he learned after his time on Guitar Tricks, and in his review he says what I learned was that there are things that I will never be able to learn on guitar. I feel like that old timer, as I believe there are things I will never be able to learn to do on guitar, and bending is one of them.

[p]Not being able to do a technique is different than not understanding it. What exactly about bending do you not understand?
