printing out the lessons

When I print out the music for my lessons, the music graph is so light colored that I have a hard time distinguishing the notes. Is there any way you guys can make the graph (music bars) a darker black? It's not my printer, I've cleaned my print heads. It's just that the bars look almost grey.

When you look at the music the graph is lighter colored than the notes. Even on the computer screen.
