Hey everyone! I've been making a lot of progress playing guitar, but my barre chords still aren't up to scratch. Does anyone have any recommendations for songs I can learn on here that have a lot of barre chord/open chord transitions? Thanks everyone in advance!

Don't know what style you're looking for, but I learned barre chords with Back Home Again. It's got some good open to barre and barre to barre transitions, and if you play it with a bass note strum, you get an extra beat to find the barre.

A good one is America`s " Lonely People " ; good for transitioning from Em to Bm. That Bm chord comes up a lot in popular music so it`s definitely one you want to work on. It takes time but it`s worth it.

Good luck !

Nirvana's songs are predominantly power chord led. A good way to get your barres practice.
