Hello everybody, hope you are all

doing great. Got super excited about guitar and investing every minute I have into

leatning and practice. Guitar tricks is super, but one thing I miss as a digital learner is confirmation I'm doing something right. So I have a simple questions: is there any app or site that while I playing a chord is able to recognize which chord I m playing? This would confirm I m playing it right. Or anything similar? Hope question is clear! Thanks so much in advance :)

Diego

Hi and welcome

the site has chord finder/checker

Chord Tool

The Toolbox has many useful tools you should investigate.

Good luck with your studies.

Guitar Tricks Chord Tool is Really good. As far as an app Coach Chords is pretty good. I have not looked too hard for others but I'm there are dozens of them

Thank you so much guys, really appreciate your help :)

I had previously checked the GT chord tool and had a look also at the app suggested by Bob. If I understand correctly these apps play the sound of a chord, and I have to practice and develop ear to get closer enough right? They don't "listen" to me playing a chord and recognize what chord it is, right? The key constraints with these tools is that as a beginner I often play simpler variations, hence I was looking for an app that was able to recognize me playing and confirm if I m playing a chord right or not. Not sure this exists though :)

thank you again! [br]Diego
