floundering at signing in

What an auspicious start. Not! So far it is a mystery how to sign in.

I cannot seem to establish a (preferred) user name or a password.

The only way I have been able to sign in is through using my Gmail account.

One basic question, are we allowed to look at each video as many times as we wish? Or once you complete a section, are you "done" and cannot return to that one?

Looking forward to the entire experience.
