Ive come up with 4 songs, but they feel quite similar in that i always end up play the same sorta chords. Lookin at the tab they rarely include flats or sharps. Should I be thinking on starting a song - itll be based on the C# pentatonic scale or that?
And also I duno how to put minor chords in my progressions because how does that affect the key of the song? is the minor chord the key of the song?

Can a song have no key? If you pick stupid chords like B C C# D D# E, noes that dont correspond to a scale?

You don't have to use bizzare keys like C# , it will only make it harder for you to play.

usualy , famous keys of that are usualy used for guitar are E,A,D & G , cuz you can use open strings in the song , which usualy helps.

You can put minor chords in a major scale progression, like Amin chord in a Cmaj scale.

Each song has got to have a Key, may be some different Keys in some riff inside, but again each riff must have a key.

Minor chordes are used in major keys, so dont worry about that.
In C major there are the chordes C major, D minor, E minor, F major, G 7th, A minor and B diminished. My progression could go like C maj to Am back to C maj then to G 7th then back to C. Whatever floats your boat, the point is, wether a key is major or minor doesn't mean you only use either major or minor chordes. Both are used.
And God said, 'Let there be rock!'

Dont u guys feel that jumping to relative major/minor is a good way of creating a chorus/mid8?

You know- structure of a song. When writing one you need to think about how it is going to change. As above one good(but predicable) method is switching to the relative major or minor in the chorus.
Typical Song Structure-
Verse
Verse
Chorus
Verse
Chorus
Mid 8
Chorus
Chorus

Chorus is the pharses that some1 sings again in the song eg. "Ooo Sweet Child o Mine... etc."- part in "Sweet Child o Mine

Mid 8 is a break in the song that sounds different but still(usually) uses the same key signature eg. "Youre in the Jungle Baby your gonna Die!"- part in "Welcome to the Jungle"

Do you understand?

Yeah Bridge is one that people use but mid-8 is used quite often as they are mostly 8bar sequences

The term "middle 8" and "bridge" mean the same thing. The term comes from the concept of placing 8 bars in the middle of a song which aren't versse or chorus.
