Hello, Bill here. First off im very new to GT. I think this is going to get me over a 20 year plateau. I understand things now. My question is, is it just me or does anyone else feel overwhelmed with all the scale memorization right off the bat. All the major scales were tuff but then right into open scales.Im discuraged for the first time on my journey with GT

Hi Bill,
Memorizing scales takes a bit of time, and I hope you don't feel pressure to suddenly know all these scales right off the bat.
A great way to learn scales is to learn their box patterns.

Thank you very much. I will buckle down and get them memorized. If it took all winter it would be worth it if thats what puts over the edge and on to a liftime of playing.
