Has anyone experienced problems using the app on their iPad? When I try and open the app it opens momentarily then disappears off screen a second later. It still seems to be open in the background but refuses to stay active. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting the iPad. I'm using the latest version of the operating system. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For anyone who is reading this post who may have the same or similar issue I resolved the issue by updating to the latest iOS version 11.0. All good again + quite a few general improvements on the iPad.
