While my guitar gently weeps.

Hi all,

I'm a restarting guitar n00b. I've had an acoustic for a few years and made some early progress, then let life get in the way. I've been back at it for a week and am enjoying Lisa McCormick's lessons. Fingertips are feeling much better, and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn.

I just ordered a used electric guitar and amp, but I'm going to try my best to stick it out with acoustic, at least thru my current lesson track. Or, maybe I'll mix both into my practicing. We'll see.

I'm glad you're going to stick with it. Learning guitar takes a little while, so you have to be patient. You have the right mindset. Keep it up!
