Christopher, one more question...As it relates to scales, I’ve spend the last several days practicing and watching others on video who are adept at it. One thing I’m noticing is that it appears those who are really smooth and quick can flatten all four fingers as they go through the progression. I’ve noticed on my hand that my pinky has a tendency to turn toward the other fingers and that is obviously causing a dull or buzzing sound as I’m not hitting it flush. Is that something that will improve with practice? Just curious if your other students have experienced a problem like this. Having a very difficult time stretching across four frets without this occurring.
