G-port twang

Has anyony tried to get a twangin' country sound out of a line 6 guitar port? I'm thinking about getting one, but I'd like to hear from someone who has some experience from using one.

I have one and they cover most bases in terms of tone. I’m really pleased with mine with the exception of the fact that line 6 see fit to charge you 9 bucks a month to access there on line library (highway robbery !)
I tried it on a 300 MHz laptop first off and it didn’t like it at all, I’m now running it through a 1.7 GHz monster and it zips along like a good un !
I’m running it on Win 2K and it works OK however despite the fact the it says Win ME on the box, it is not actually supported in Win ME. Lets hope there is a Mac version soon !

On balance I think it is a cool bit a kit and I’m glad I got it.
