Like IH said, American Beauty is a great album. So is Workingman's Dead. Terrapin Station is a little more wild, not so acoustic, but it's good. I think the dead were at their best in the 70's. BLack Peter, Dark Star, Unbroken Chain, St. Stephen are some of my favorite songs. I saw them twice in the early 90's.
