In Michael Elsner song lessons for Every Rose has It's thorn hes playing an acoustic with the sound hole in a rather odd spot. (Link to the lesson: https://www.guitartricks.com/lesson.php?input=15458&s_id=1074 ) What kind of guitar is that? In my whole life I've never seen any guitar like that.

That's a Mc Pherson guitar if it's not a copy.
