I don't have a specific brand that I would recommend, but the biggest concern will be the string gauge. You'll want to go with light or ultra-light strings. Some players like to use "skinny top heavy bottom", where the three treble strings are light or "skinny" while having bass strings that are thicker than usual. This is great for the bass heavy power chords that typically go with the fast metal shredding.
