Acoustic Strings help

I would like to get into playing more acoustic songs, but i dont like how heavy the strings feel and my strings always go dead after only a few weeks. Does anyone have an acoustic string brand that they prefer for a lighter feel and long life as well?

Try the Elixir ones, they are 3 times more expensive, but they don't die fast...

I use D'addario. The tone quality changes after a week but that's how i like it. If your looking for strings that last long, i recommend Elixers. There expensive but worth it.
