"The Gear Show" on YouTube

Just watched "The Gear Show" - a new monthly one hour video show for guitarists, put together by Future Publishing (the UK publishing house behind "Guitarist", "Total Guitar" and "Guitar Technique" magazines) and was very impressed with it.

Very high production values and where the Standard Definition Guitar Tricks videos stop and stutter all the time on my "guest house" wireless internet connection this streamed perfectly in HD on the same connection.

I have no connection with the producers but I am a happy subscriber to their magazines. In some ways this video almost makes the print versions redundant. Highly recommeneded. I was entertained AND learnt quite a lot too.

Worth watching just for the live performance by Gabriella y Rodriguez at the start. Amazing duo playing acoustic guitars.
