Looking for music in the style of....

I want to expand my musical horizons a bit, but aren't sure where to look. I'm looking for some dark stuff (not satanic or anything, I mean just sort of sad) with some haunted piano melodies. Stuff like some of Dream Theater's, like Space Dye Vest and Wait for Sleep. Any ideas?

Dunno about haunted, but a scary song is "Tom Waits - What's He Building". Its real atmospheric, just amazing.
