The lesson was published before we figured out we need a "Gear & Tone" lesson but I'll see if I can help out. i can tell by the tone that it's not too overdriven, similar to what Anders uses in some of the blues lessons.

Without looking at the amp and hearing it, I would guess lower gain (4-5) so you get that overdriven sound without too much distortion, bass around 4, mid around 5 and treble around 7. I would keep the guitar volume and tone at 10, using the bridge pickup.
