We will send it yes. However, there may be customs charges so you might want to check into that first. Some countries charge a tax when you give packages from overseas, I am not sure if Japan is one of them.

When you ordered it, the system should have asked you for your address and charged you the shipping charge. Did that happen? I am guessing you waited until the promotion was over and then ordered without paying the shipping charge. If so, please contact customer service and they will help you fix it:
