Thanks for the info, but I dont think its plastic.. its not shiny like a plastic nut would be.. It almost looks like Ebony wood, but wood isnt hard enough to function as a nut is it? I checked out Fender.com to see if there was some info on this guitar but I didnt get much info reguarding the guitar I have. Is there another site I can got to that might have info or a email address that I can get info from? this guitar is all original, I know that much.
