I bought a little electric guitar for my 10 yr. old daughter for Christmas.
She loves to sing, and actually rocks it at any karoake place we go, so i thought, you know............ Taylor Swift.....lol.
Anyway, i went to and showed her a couple web sites and how to do a chord or two and looked up a basic scale for her to practice. She tries, sort of, will play with it for 15 - 20 minutes almost every day, but doesn't have a clue.
I got here by searching for reviews on a product by Claude Johnson, (anyone heard of his supposed learn guitar the easy way program?). I was thinking of getting it for her, but.... you know, the too good-to-be-true syndrome usually is (too good).
So now that I am here, any advice?
