ALL lessons not working

Hi everyone I'm not able to get on any lessons. I am a paid subscriber but for some reason I get a message (video not found or acess denied). is anyone else having problems? let me know thanks

Which lessons are you on..
It sometimes help to know where to start looking..
I open each of the Core lesson and they all open
on the first video..
You also might want to post your problem in
Guitar Trick Site instead of Open Forum..

I'm having problems also, can't open anything and getting the same message. I tried calling a couple of times with no luck. They keep telling me they will have someone call, which has not happened.

We just made a major change to the way videos are delivered. It is working for 99.xx% of people, but not everybody.

I just talked to user=military, and so we have some clues to the problem there, but it would help if we could get your info as well so we can fix the problem for everybody.
