Not sure of chords

I am trying to play the song "Good Hearted Woman" and I'm playing the chorus using the chords D; D7; G; & A7; but when you play the chorus a second time it says to go up "one key" to finish the song. Can anyone tell me what whose chords would be. Thanks: Ken

That means you move all the chords up one whole step to make the last chorus sound more interesting.

Instead of D; D7; G; & A7, the chords would be
E; E7; A; & B7
