I've been playing for over 20 years on and off now. Yeah I love Knopfler too and there is no doubt that his influence comes through in what I write...

Yes Gilmore is a big inspiration for me...I am not a very fast player so I write a lot of slow melodic songs...Gary Moore is is also a big influence for me...

Hi there...Well...I do write lyrics but I have to say it's not my strong point along with my vocals...!!! The stuff I do lyrics with is more folky and bluesy...maybe even a bit country...
I'm always open to working with people for sure...if those 2 tracks give you ideas for vocals I would love to hear them...!!! I can re arrange the tracks to fit verses and choruses in no problem...

I just uploaded the first half of a new track I'm working on...this one is sort of in the Via/Satriani style...but without the fast bits...!!! Its only in the demo stage...think the idea is solid though...
Also I uploaded the only vocal track I've ever written that I'm even remotely happy with...and yes...it is supposed to sound like the Stones...;)
Please excuse the lame vocals...!!! The solo was a one take improv so there are a few mistakes...will re record it one day...!!!
