Trouble with Videos

I'm new to the wed site, but I've been viewing the lessons on Video for about three months now, and all of a sudden yesterday, I couldn't play the videos anymore. All I got was a blank white screen and the video would not play. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what do I do?? PS: Had my internet checked out and its fine.

If this happens again, try switching between the Lo Resolution and the Hi Resolution options and see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply Ben. I tried that when it first started acting up, but it didn't make any difference. However, after a couple of days, the videos seem to be working fine now. Don't understand why it happened, but am glad its ok now. Thanks again: Ken

Alright, glad to hear it works now! Could've just been a temporary bug :)
