I'm getting a blister on my pinkie from doing pull-offs. I'm wondering if this is a sign that there is a mistake in my technique. Too much force? Am I using the wrong part of the finger? I have to sort of use the side to get enough "grip" on the string to get a loud pull-off. Should I be somehow pulling off from the tip of the finger instead?

The title sounds way grosser than what you are actually asking haha. If you have just started doing pull offs more frequently then it could just be a matter of your skin needing time to callous up and get tough.

Ah, yeah, I guess on a re-read it sounds like I'm asking for medical advice. Hahaha.
