What happened to the video quality of Guitar Trix. I can't hardly get any videos to work anymore. I downloaded the video player but it doesn't have any options or do anything. I went to the help and tried to watch the video on how to use the downloadable video player, I can't view that one either.

I used to think Guitar trix was great. Now I can't use it anymore. Has anyone else had this problem too?

Hi McLarry

No, I've not had any issues. When did you first discover this issue?

One of my go to suggestions is cleaning up your browsers cache and temp files. Also remove cookies. Not sure just how much this will have an affect on the "player" itself, but, there is spywhere out there that can bring your internet browsing to a slow crawl. Have you ran any kind of anti spywhere lately?

What os are you using?
What browser and browser version?

McLarry.

Last night and today, I had a couple of instances where a video would start to play, then just stop. What I did to resolve it is to remove the Adobe Flash Plugin and the Adobe Flash player. Then went back and re-installed them. My problem seems to have been resolved.

If you're finding that the Guitar Tricks player is still having issues, you can always download Adobe's Media Player. I've used it in the past and works great.

Ill try removing the flash player and reinstalling it. That makes sense.

Hey McLarry,

Yay!

Glad to hear, that usually fixes it.
