Neal wasn't saying the question wasn't legitimate. The question is legitimate.

To be clear, I never said the question wasn't legitimate. In fact, I'm saying quite the opposite. The intent of my point was that I find it short sighted for a company to basically tell their customer(s) they can go somewhere else if they don't like it.
