I got a gift certificate as a gift for Christmas. I redeemed it, but the site still says that I need to pay a monthly fee to upgrade my account before I can view any of the lessons. Is there anybody out there that has used a gift certificate that can walk me through the process? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Chris S.

I assume you went here:

You might want to log out and log back in. Other than that you should contact the admin:

Thanks for the response.

I did go to the view_gc link that you you provided. That is where I "redeemed" the gift certificate. Everything looks like it works fine until I try to access a lesson.

I also tried logging out, clearing cookies & cache, and closing the browser. None of that seemed to help.

I called the sales number and they were confused as well. Now I've got a note in to support (through the second link that you provided). Hopefully once I'm up and running this will go a lot smoother. I have been really looking forward to getting started with my new guitar.

Thanks again,
Chris S.

Just a quick update. The GuitarTricks support staff got me up and running in less than a day. I really appreciate the help and I'm ready to start using the site.

Thanks,
