hot tubs and calluses

wow....friends of ours got a hot tub ( ahhhhhhh I love it sooooo much )
let me tell you how bad that frequent hot tub use is on the calluses.
I have to work a whole lot to build them back to where they were. i didnt think anything was going to get through those tips....damn!
I think I need to buy a waterproof guitar....lololol....two birds..one stone?

That's funny. I've given up doing the dishes, washing the car, showering... Got to keep those tips in shape!! (JK of course!) :D

LOLOL....Ive done a lot of things where I was happy to still have nice hard tips when I was done but wow....it really is amazing how much "damage" that glorious bubbling tub of heaven has done to my hard worked fingers!!!!

Sadly I have to say its not going to stop me from going ...lololol...but my friend ( who also plays ) tries to keep his hands "up" and not submerged the whole time we are in. First night I went over we were in for 4 hours...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

For what it's worth I had the same problem when using my hot tub. It took my 7 year old daughter to give me the solution. She asked why I don't wear rubber gloves... Duhhhh, problem solved :eek:
