I've been playing the ovation almost exclusively since I signed up here last month. I like it because it's electrified.

The thing is,I can't seem to get comfortable with it. maybe because of the shape of the back,I don't know...

It seems like I'm always struggling for a comfort zone with it. Does anyone with an ovation notice this,or maybe it's just me?

Any help greatly appreciated.

P.S. I can't wait until I pick up my squire strat...

They have the round back, right? I have never used one, but I think it would be hard to play sitting because there isn't any edge to set it on. Have you thought about or tried using a strap and standing while you play?

How many days until Squire-time? I think you will be happy!
...so ever since then, I always hang on to the buckle.

Bwahahahah....ha...man...you think like I do...it's kind of scary really....

I figured out what the problem was. it's not the guitar at all. My chair was a little too high for guitar playing. Luckily it's adjustable,so I lowered it about an inch and a half, and it really made a difference...

Well,it wasn't the guitar, but the chair. I lowered the chair about 2 " and it made all the difference.
