Hey guys,I think I have what I need for now... :D It was sitting in a corner of the room collecting dust.. :rolleyes:

It's a soundtech AL-1 100 watt amplified loudspeaker. It is equppied with a graphic equalizer,and I got some pretty good sounds out of it last night.. :D :cool:

You're following a fine tradition, there. Back in the day, we used to scavenge old Bogen PA amps. Good on yer!

Well,thanks,I never knew that. I just thought I'd try it (after I dug it out) and it puts out guitar sounds,so I just decided to roll with it.. :D

I asked my self,what would Joliet Jake and Elwood do? :rolleyes: :cool:

That thing is sweet - But it would be better if you left it dusty with the cobwebs. Actually you will most likely find that if you run digital guitar effects through it it will sound really good because it doesn't color the sound like many amps do - that's why PAs sound better than combo amps when running digital effects.
