I picked up my squire strat and got it home,plugged it in,it won't play. Ok,so the cheap chord they threw in maybe bad...the end was loose...tightened it up...nothing..tried a different chord nothing...messed with volume switch...turned it back and forth several times...a little bit of sound..very low volume.. :(

I called the store,they said to bring it back in,they would take care of it. Since this one was last years stock,I think the volume control is dirty,or gone bad...it worked okay when I tried it before I layed it away a month ago... :(

Should I ask for a new guitar,this was the last one they had in stock...get my money back,or let them fix it.. :confused:
