billing issue

not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i've been having some troubles with full access to the site...in every way shape and form my account says that i'm on the free membership, but i paid for the full subscription and the monthly due came out again yesterday...but still no access to any of the full access content.

I don't know who to get a hold of directly to figure this out, so i'm posting this in the only forum i can use...the free one! haha

Please someone respond as soon as possible, I was only able to practice 1 night due to not being able access the lessons since that 1st night i signed up. I'm dyin here!

Hi There, We just sent you an email with your correct login information. It seems you created two accounts, one registered and one Full Access and your browser was reverting to the basic registered. Follow the instructions in the email, directing you to a fresh login screen and use the login information provided and all should be well! :)

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I CANT'get lessons from full accesscontent. could you please look into this problem for me also . I ALSO AM AFULL MEMBER. THANK YOU.THIS SITE IS WORTH EVERY OUNCE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GUITAR PLAYING.

Hi Kitch, check your email. We've sent your login information and a reset password. Follow the directions in the email, and you should be ready to rock!

Hello, I can not login with the app.  I subscribed using Google account but never entered a password.  When I try to recover my password it takes me to the login page... when I choose log with google play suscription it says subscription not found.  Please help me! 🙏
